What’s Covered Under the Guarantee?

• Durability & Performance: If any product sold by Lax World fails due to a defect in material or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our sole discretion, at no charge to you.
• Physical Damage During Normal Use: We understand that lacrosse is a tough sport, and gear can take a beating during play. Our lifetime guarantee covers any breakage or failure that occurs during normal use—whether it’s a stick, head, mesh, gloves, shoulder pads, or any other equipment. If your product fails to meet the high standards expected from Lax World during regular use, we will replace it.

What’s Not Covered?

• Abuse or Misuse: The Lax World Edition Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage caused by abuse, neglect, or improper use, including but not limited to use outside of lacrosse-related activities or failure to follow product care instructions.
• Wear & Tear: While we guarantee the durability of our products, we cannot cover normal wear and tear that occurs with frequent use over time (e.g., scratches, scuffs, fading).
• Accidental Damage: Our lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, such as dropping your gear or damage caused by collisions outside of standard play conditions.
• Custom Products: Any custom products, including personalized items, are subject to a different set of terms and conditions. Please contact us directly for more information on custom warranties.

How to Make a Claim

If you experience an issue with your Lax World product that you believe falls under our Lax World Edition Lifetime Guarantee, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at sales@lax-world.com. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product (if applicable).
2. Return the Product: If your warranty claim is approved, we may ask you to return the defective product for evaluation. Please ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Replacement or Repair: Once we confirm the defect, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund at our discretion.

Limitations

• This Lax World Edition Lifetime Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
