At Lax World, we’re all about getting your lacrosse gear to you fast so you can hit the field! Here’s how shipping works:

Rates and delivery times vary by destination—calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your gear ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
Where We Ship
We ship across the U.S. and select international locations. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability. Note: We can’t ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses yet—sorry about that!
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order’s running late or goes missing, contact us at support@lax-world.com within 30 days of shipment. We’ll track it down or make it right.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Got the wrong stick or a busted helmet? Let us know within 7 days of delivery at info@lax-world.com, and we’ll send a replacement or refund—no hassle.
Important Notes
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we messed up.
International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes—check your local rules!
Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
