Lax World, LLC is committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. This Shipping Policy details our shipping procedures for purchases made through www.lax-world.com or our mobile application.

1. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or local regulations.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Rates reflect the policies of our shipping carriers.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States (exclusions may apply for oversized items).

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times are estimates only and vary by shipping method and destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placement, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping Methods

  • Damaged Items: Inspect your order upon receipt. Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund, subject to carrier claim approval.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain items (e.g., oversized lacrosse goals) may incur additional fees or be ineligible for certain shipping methods. These will be noted at checkout.
